It's eight point star burst head, with hand engraved details holds the sapphire with open fillet edges leading to claw style prongs. Its open under gallery creates a light open feel and reveals a bright polish under the stone. The ring's shoulders echo the design and hold seven bead an bright cut stones on each side.
